1. Before purchasing a Shiyuzu Gift Card, the Buyer must read these Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

2. By purchasing a Shiyuzu Gift Card, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them.

3. Shiyuzu Gift Cards are available starting from EUR 40.

4. A Shiyuzu Gift Card is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

5. A Shiyuzu Gift Card may be used at the Shiyuzu restaurant.

6. The Gift Card becomes valid and may be used from the moment it is issued or delivered to the Buyer, provided that the Buyer has paid the full value of the Gift Card.

7. Electronic Gift Cards may be purchased through the Shiyuzu website. Following the purchase, the electronic Gift Card and invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.

8. Physical Gift Cards may be purchased through the Shiyuzu website or at the Shiyuzu restaurant during its opening hours.

9. When purchasing a Physical Gift Card through the Shiyuzu website, the Buyer will receive an invoice and information regarding the collection of the Gift Card by email. The Physical Gift Card is available for collection at the Shiyuzu restaurant after the order has been confirmed and paid for. In certain cases, delivery of a Physical Gift Card may be arranged individually upon prior agreement with the Buyer regarding the delivery method, timeframe, and costs.

10. A Gift Card may contain the following information: the Gift Card name, face value, date of purchase or issue, expiry date, identification number or code, and any other information required for the proper use of the Gift Card.

11. The full value of the Gift Card must be used during a single visit.

12. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash and cannot be carried forward to a future visit.

13. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference may be paid using any payment method accepted at the restaurant.

14. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

15. Gift Cards are not personalised. Any person in possession of a Gift Card or its unique code shall be deemed the Gift Card holder and user.

16. The Gift Card holder is responsible for safeguarding the Gift Card and/or its unique code and ensuring that it is not disclosed to third parties.

17. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced, reissued, or compensated.

18. Shiyuzu reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a Gift Card if it is damaged, if its identification number or code is illegible, if the Gift Card has expired, has already been used, or if there is reasonable cause to believe that the Gift Card is counterfeit.

19. A Buyer who transfers a Gift Card to another person is responsible for informing the new holder of these Terms and Conditions.

20. Any person who receives or uses a Gift Card confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them.

22. Shiyuzu reserves the right to amend these Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Any amendments shall not affect the face value or validity period of Gift Cards purchased prior to such amendments.
