4.1. Administration of table reservations

To accept, confirm, modify or cancel reservations and, where necessary, communicate with customers regarding their reservations.

4.2. Processing and delivery of gift cards

To process orders, facilitate payments, issue invoices, arrange the issuance or delivery of electronic or printed Gift Cards, and communicate with customers regarding their orders.

4.3. Customer Communication

To respond to enquiries, requests, feedback and other communications received through the Website or by e-mail.

SHIYUZU, SIA does not disclose personal data to third parties without a lawful basis.
